You can order these parts separately, or in addition to the standard configuration. Or you may order them as replacement parts. 4 Port Heated Manifold

The 4 Port Heated Manifold (4PHM) accessory is available for all the systems Thunder sells and with the 4 ports makes it easy to calibrate four temp probes at the same time.

Accessory Order Codes Defined

Reading the Accessory codes:

Start with the system designation, which begins with a “250”, that indicates the Model 2500.
The next item in line is the “M” which stands for Manifold.
Followed by the size value, this could be “1.5” which means one point five inches in diameter.
Then a dash is placed in between the two numeric values as a separator.
Next comes the value determination for length and could be “7” for seven inches long.

Order Code would look like this: 250M1.5-7

Note: A good way to determine which length you need is to look at the chamber width, usually as a rule of thumb the “7” will fit in both the “R” and the 2900 size chambers and the “10” will fit in an “ST” chamber.

Accessory Items

Thunder has several different accessories for the each system we sell.

Chamber Fluid Funnel

The chamber fluid funnel is made for both the Model 2500 and 2900 Humidity Generators. You will have to remove the top right-hand panel and just slide it on the chamber fill port until it bottoms out. Once you do this you can check the fluid level with the funnel itself by observing if the fluid, "Polypropylene Glycol" touches the bottom of the funnel.

Specify this accessory code when ordering as well as your Model Number. (CFF)

Chamber Door Foam Plugs

These are used for the Model 1200 Humidity Generator. They are used as extra insulation so that test chamber air does not escape. They are additionally used to insert your test probes and instruments through into the chamber. You can use them as replacement or spare chamber port plugs and you can get them with or without a hole.

Specify these accessory codes when ordering, the “H” designates the one with a hole. (DPP-12) or (DPP-12H)

Chamber Door Foam Plugs

These are used for the Model 2500 Humidity Generator. They are used as extra insulation so the test chamber air does not escape. They are additionally used to insert your test probes and instruments through into the chamber. You can use them as replacement or spare door port plugs and you can get them with or without a hole. You can also get them for the large door ports as well.

Specify these accessory codes when ordering, the “H” designates the one with a hole. (DPP-25) or (DPP-25H) And (LDP-25) or (LDP-25H)

External Hygrothermograph Calibration Kit

The External Hygrothermograph Calibration Kit (EHC) is an accessory which is made for all 2500 Humidity Generator models and provides the flexibility to calibrate even the larger hygrothermographs. The manifold is made of a three inch diameter stainless steel tube with a height of 12" and has Polypropylene connectors with a four foot removable Vinyl air hose.

Fabricated from hard copper tubing and has Nickel plating which helps with preventing oxidation and comes with ether a 1/4 NPT or 1/8 NPT male thread, which installs into the air input of the test chamber. The manifold helps improved sensor response, and allows the humidity gas flow directly over the humidity sensor.

Just remember to check your chamber size before ordering.

Specify these accessory codes when ordering.(25M1-10), (25M1-7), (25M1.5-10), (25M1.5-7), (25M2.5-10) and (25M2.5-7)

When ordering manifolds for the 2900 use these codes (25M1-7), (25M1.5-7) and (25M2.5-7).

Multiport Manifold

Fabricated from hard copper tubing and has Nickel plating which helps with preventing oxidation and comes with a 1/4 NPT male thread, which installs into the air input of the test chamber. The manifold helps improved sensor response, and allows the humidity gas flow directly over the humidity sensor. The copper tube can be drilled for a specific sensor diameter and spacing.

Just remember to check your chamber size before ordering.
